We ship for free in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany!

Our aim is to send your order as soon as possible but at the latest the next working day.

All our orders are delivered by PostNL or a local courier. You will receive a tracking number from us by email after we have sent your order. You can track your order online.

The estimated delivery time outside The Netherlands will be between 2 and 7 working days. These deliveries are also with track and trace information.

Returns

If the delivery address is in The Netherlands, Belgium or Germany:

• You can make a returnlabel here with your ordernumber and postcode.
• Fill out the returnsform that you received on delivery
• Return the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to Pyjama-direct.
  If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.
• Attach the returnlabel securely on the package to be returned.
• Drop the parcel off at a the DHL point that you choose.
• We will get a message that we can expect your return. Once we receive your return, within 5 working days we will process the retunr.

Only use the above way for returning an order, as this way it is free for you!
Sending your order back by a different way will mean we will not reimburse the costs incurred by you.

For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return underwear when the seal of the packing is broken.

If the delivery address is outside The Netherlands, Belgium or Germany:

• Fill out the returns form that you received on delivery
• Return the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to Pyjama-direct.
  If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.
• Return the parcel to us through your local provider. You are responsible for the costs of the return of the goods. These return costs will not be reimbursed to you.
• Make sure you get a receipt when you return it, as this is your proof of return in case the package is lost in transit.
• Once we receive your return, within 5 working days we will refund your purchase amount.

Right of withdrawal

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
